- Hygiene: Due to health and hygiene regulations, certain items cannot be returned once opened. These include:

- Swimwear
- Any product where the hygiene seal has been broken
Return Process

- Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to return the item.
- Shipping: Securely package the item and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
- Refund Processing: If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items

Defective or Incorrect Items
